Supports key marketing and promotional initiatives for the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and system-wide services offered through Dartmouth Health Children’s. Individual will be responsible for executing and managing key partnerships, sponsorships and strategic marketing imperatives.
Must have the ability to work from home with availability to attend events and in-person meetings as needed (~4 – 6 x / month).
- Leads Dartmouth Health Children’s Community Partnerships and Sponsorships including strategy development and implementation, partner management, event attendance and asset deliverables.
- Assists in organizing and promoting community educational programs, events and sponsorship opportunities in collaboration with marketing managers, strategic communications and clinical teams.
- Supports the Dartmouth Health Children’s Marketing Director by developing and executing project plans that support marketing strategies and priorities.
- Manages and executes the Dartmouth Health Children’s Strategy including support of applicable Partnerships and Sponsorships.
- Review and analysis of Dartmouth Health Children’s campaign results with recommendations for optimization and cross channel-application of learnings.
- Works with the broader Communications & Marketing team as well as cross-functional, key stakeholders to execute against marketing plans partnerships and sponsorships.
- Works with the Communications and Marketing department’s teams and outside vendors, such as advertising agencies, graphic designers, and photographers, providing them with detailed work plans and objectives, ensuring work is completed.
- Coordinates and assists with the planning and development of Dartmouth Health Children’s special events.
- Works with other Communications and Marketing team members to monitor and guide the appropriate execution of brand identity and logo use in all media formats: print, electronic, collateral material, vehicles, and facilities.
- Assists in the development of the departmental budget and manages and tracks individual budget allocation
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of related experience in healthcare, partnerships and sponsorships or marketing required.
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills are a must, along with strong communication and organizational skills, creativity, diplomacy and the ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
- The ability to meet deadlines while being accurate and attentive to details is essential.
