Teleflex is seeking a People Analytics Intern to join our HR Technology team! The People Analytics Intern will have the opportunity to develop and update reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors HCM and Power BI, as well as troubleshooting and responding to routine reporting questions. The successful candidate is a self-starter who can interpret requirements, develop solutions, and communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.
This position will be based out of our Wayne, PA office location. The ideal candidate will be available to work ~20 hours a week while in school in the Winter/Spring 2024 semester. This internship is expected to be up to a year in length and has the availability for full-time hours once the semester concludes.
Develop and update reports within SuccessFactors HCM
Develop and update dashboards using Power BI
Respond to routine reporting questions from stakeholders
Assist with other projects as needed
Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a Data Science, Data Analytics, or related degree
Minimum 3 years toward degree
Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc. preferred
Experience working with database preferred
Advanced Excel
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented with good organizational skills; Ability to prioritize tasks
