Marketing Specialist, AFH Marketing
The Away From Home Marketing (AFH) Specialist will play a key role contributing to the development of marketing programs and initiatives across the Away From Home (AFH) channel. This position will be based at the Keurig Dr Pepper Burlington, MA headquarters.
He/She/They will join the AFH Commercialization team, strengthening operations and supporting marketing initiatives to drive the brand, innovation, and brewer system penetration.
He/She/They will partner closely to support the Brewer & Beverage Commercialization and Customer Marketing teams along with internal cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Omni Marketing & Brand, Service, Events) and external agency partners to develop marketing initiatives.

What you will do:
- Support AFH Beverage and Brewer Commercialization teams with new product marketing launches & toolkit development. Provide demo & innovation support.
- Partner with AFH Commercialization to manage sales meetings, training and brewer events. Lead event management and operations.
- Partner with AFH Marketing, Procurement & Merchandising to manage sales & marketing resources, including sales portal and marketing fulfillment services. Maintain inventory, support set-up of new items/capabilities, manage reporting and implement best practices.
- Support digital asset management, new development, and coordinate photo shoots in partnership with AFH Marketing, Internal Creative and Agencies.
- Support key AFH Brewer, Beverage and Sustainability programs designed to drive awareness, overcome objections, and generate demand.
- Collaborate on content generation for digital, social & email campaigns
- Own purchasing process for AFH to create purchase requisitions, track, and report on purchase order status
- Brief and manage internal & external agencies & partners from planning to execution
- Build effective and productive relationships with internal and external partners
- Track and manage initiatives against budget and timeline
- Perform other duties as requested by AFH Marketing / Management
Requirements
What you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing and/or product management preferred consumer goods, preferably in a Fortune 500 company or in Foodservice, Beverage, or related industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to clearly communicate and deliver presentations
- Strong project and people skills, critical and creative thinking, and problem-solving skills a must
- Independent, passionate, self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented
- Strong reporting, analysis and measurement skills
- High adaptability; Able to multi-task and be energized in a fast and changing business environment
- Experience in working with and managing creative agencies & other external partners
- General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards
- Ability to travel as needed including travel for marketing and sales meetings, tradeshows and/or customer shows and meetings with external partners (~30%)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite a must (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
