Description
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Research and Analysis Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the research and analytics efforts to optimize our marketing strategies and drive successful marketing campaigns and initiatives. The Manager for Market Research and Insights is responsible for gathering data, drawing insights/conclusions and developing the infrastructure needed to properly leverage both to help marketing and the broader organization deliver on its goals. The Manager also oversees the execution of all primary and secondary qualitative and quantitative Marketing Research necessary to inform the organization.
Job Responsibilities
• Analyze data from various sources including customer surveys, market reports, and internal databases to extract actionable insights.
• Monitor and evaluate the lead generation performance of marketing campaigns, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.
• Develop and own customer segmentation, personas and brand positioning work that can enable more targeted marketing initiatives, messages and optimizations.
• Lead the planning and execution of quantitative and qualitative primary research efforts as well as identify valuable secondary research that can collectively help us drive more marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Demonstrate leadership in the development of a robust A/B testing roadmap.
• Deliver insights that informs and supports the development of new products, services or initiatives that will drive incremental company growth.
• Lead and manage the effort to provide reporting and critical insight in support of our various brands and services including the development of various quantitative models and the reporting out of the data gathered and analyzed.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, providing regular, concise reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations and field to align strategies and achieve goals - on lead, estimate, sales and retention efforts.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven experience in direct-to-consumer Marketing Research and analysis, with at least three years in a managerial or leadership role. Residential service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, quality, project management and deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant data analysis tools such as Tableau, Hubspot, Google Analytics.
• Experience conducting qualitative/quantitative research, and sourcing secondary research.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in regression, multi-variate testing and other analysis.
• Comfortable living in the ambiguity, and in being able to build a robust data operation/platform.
Salary Description
$80,000 - $100,000 annually
