Marketing & Promotions Specialist

This position will be on-site in our office in Franklin, TN.

What You Will Be Doing...

• Responsible for all winner’s logistics related to Pledge Drive and Network promotional opportunities. Including but not limited to communication, fulfillment, and documentation.
• Provide outstanding customer service related to Pledge Drive and Network winners.
• Responsible for creating updated rules for giveaway campaigns on a national level.
• Coordinate with the Finance department on any tax documentation requirements.
• Responsible for fulfillment of prizing needs as it relates to DJ on air contesting.
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
• Responsible for all ordering, invoicing and expense report needs relating to the purchase of prizes and merchandise.
• Manage distribution of products as it relates to network campaigns and initiatives.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure consistency and integrity of brands represented in the items that are purchased and distributed.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of campaigns.
• Coordinate complex scheduling and department calendar management.
• Assist with the reporting process of marketing and promotion campaign performance. Compiling data from various teams, presenting results and learnings for improvement

What We Are Looking For...

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or customer relations
• Strong organizational skills and administrative skills.
• Strong computer skills; knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office Products (Google Slides, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook).
• Excels in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requests with strong time-management.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, establishing and meeting performance/ministry goals.
• Exhibits versatility and flexibility by regularly adapting to change with a positive attitude, while maintaining a high-level of productivity.
• Team player with open communication within cross-functional team projects and creative and flexile collaborator within direct team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/ministry relationships.
• Detailed orientated across all initiatives with ability to thoroughly proof projects/orders.
