The Marketing Project Manager is primarily responsible for all event management responsibilities: leading and managing all corporate events, including budgeting, planning, ordering, on-site support, logistics, and KPIs. The Marketing Project Manager will also help manage with prioritizing, scheduling, and management of all major Marketing Projects and serve as primary contact for new requests. This position will have visibility and impact throughout all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities- Own assigned trade shows and events, and work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to develop and implement event marketing strategy.
- Perform event management responsibilities, including researching events, pre and post-event marketing, booking and setting up for events, managing registration, overseeing trade show inventory and booth assets, and all other trade show and event logistics.
- Ensure alignment of event sponsorships with business objectives and messaging.
- Quantify exposure, engagement, and value gained from events and strategic partnerships.
- Help track, measure, and report metrics across Maxor's event marketing efforts.
- Maintain the annual calendar of events, editorial calendar, and marketing request inbox.
- Own inventory, warehousing, ordering, and printing tasks, processes, and relationships.
- Lead internal planning and preparation calls.
- Identify areas for improvement and work with necessary individuals to document and implement changes.
- Execute special assignments and tasks for the Marketing team.
- Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.
- Comply with Maxor's Ethical Business Conduct policy and Maxor's Compliance Program.
- Remain free from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists.
- Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes.
- Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
- Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies.
- Performs other job-related duties when necessary.
Education: Bachelor's degree; English Composition, Communications, Journalism, Business, or Marketing preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years' experience in Project Management. Marketing experience is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Enthusiastic team player with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including executives and stakeholders.
- Experience negotiating contracts and handling complex budgets.
- Proven track record of successful project planning and execution, including managing several projects in parallel.
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision, strong decision-making abilities, and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Owner mentality with the willingness to jump in and help with other projects.
- Good attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities, executing events, and meeting deadlines.
- Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Adobe Creative Suite applications: Photoshop and Illustrator and/or InDesign is a plus. Marketing and CRM applications: Monday, Bynder, HubSpot, and Salesforce also a plus.
