Position Summary:
The WorkFront Marketing Operations Specialist contractor supports set-up and implementation of projects and processes for the Pharma Services Group Marketing team in WorkFront. This individual reports to the Director, Marketing Operations and provides WorkFront expertise, process flow guidance and general support for the Internal Agency and for all Marketing colleagues who leverage WorkFront to manage tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project updates in WorkFront on a daily basis.
- Add new projects, expenses and tasks into WorkFront.
- Create new custom forms and/or workflow processes as needed.
- Provide recommendations for how to leverage WorkFront more effectively to meet the needs of users.
- Generate reports and build new reports as needed.
- Provide input on education/training to support increased knowledge, skills and adoption of WorkFront.
- Manage and complete other projects as assigned
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related area
- 3-5 years’ work experience including 3 years managing marketing projects and budgets
- 2+ years’ experience functioning as an Administrative lead for WorkFront
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to work on multiple priorities at the same time
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Self-directed with strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills
- Able to work effectively in a virtual team environment
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
