The Marketing Manager, Websites and UX will serve as Bell’s strategic and technical expert in the online customer experience, specifically as it pertains to websites. This position is responsible for defining and optimizing the online customer journey for all of Bell Partner’s audiences: residents, investors, and associates. The Marketing Manager will optimize Bell’s corporate and community websites, from its overall performance to its individual pages and elements through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). This role will be responsible for managing enhancements to elevate the level of performance. This position reports to the Director of Marketing, Creative Services.

This role is a hybrid position: 3 days in the office/2 remote

This role can be filled in one of our regional offices in: NC, TX, VA, GA or CO

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Optimize digital strategies and recommendations to support the Marketing Client Account Manager’s marketing plan for each property, continuously striving for excellence in a digital UX environment. 
  • Serve as the marketing SME for Bell Partners’ internal Innovations/Tech Steering Committee with a lens on impact to the marketing team and business including capacity planning, internal and external communications, sustainable training, etc.
  • Identify, document, and enhance the prospect and resident journey to attract and maintain residents through various channels. 
  • Stays current on emerging marketing strategies and tactics both inside and outside the multifamily industry.
  • Identify and evaluate potential vendors for various projects and services, creating a vision for the future state of community and corporate websites. 
  • Create, refine, and ensure prospect personas based on evolving market trends and integrate into marketing strategies to enhance targeting and personalization.
  • Identify the digital workflow and buyer process to ensure the websites have clear call-to-actions (CTAs), pages are sensibly organized, content is engaging and useful, and it is easy for users to find the information they are looking for.
  • Identify new vendor partnerships that may enhance the renter and/or prospect’s journey, and coordinate pilots, risk analysis, etc. 
  • Ensure customer journey data is captured to gather relevant information on user interactions, website traffic, and other key performance indicators to effectively analyze and identify patterns, trends, or user behaviors that can inform design decisions.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in Marketing in a related role responsible for websites, UX/CX or related digital marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience of digital acumen with a high-level technical knowledge, as well as a strategic approach to recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively within a team and organization, working well cross-functionally and ability to form strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong prioritization skills and strategic decision making to determine the highest impact near-term and long-term marketing opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage and organize multiple high-priority campaigns and projects
  • Experience with effectively working through a marketing project management tool
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills combined with the ability to synthesize and effectively communicate findings to all levels throughout the organization
  • Business maturity and acumen  
  • Can demonstrate a positive attitude and eagerness to tackle the job and has a collaborative approach to working with others
  • Can work autonomously to drive projects, but can demonstrate collaboration with necessary stakeholders to reach a desired goal

Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00

Incentive compensation opportunities are available and are performance based.
