Formulated Materials, a leading company in the construction products sector, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This remote role is designed for a seasoned marketer with a proven track record of generating demand, crafting compelling marketing campaigns, and developing effective social media strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the B2B channel, ideally with specific experience in construction product marketing. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses demand generation, brand awareness, and customer retention.
•    Create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media, to target key audiences effectively.
•    Lead the social media strategy, ensuring active and engaging presence across platforms relevant to our B2B audience.
•    Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the construction products sector.
•    Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with company goals and product offerings.
•    Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights to refine and improve future strategies.
•    Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
•    Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.

•    Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
•    Ability to live the ICOMPEL Values
•    Proven experience in marketing with a significant emphasis on demand generation, marketing campaign creation, and social media strategy.
•    Strong background in B2B marketing, with preference given to candidates with experience in the construction product sector.
•    Excellent leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and guiding a team to achieve exceptional results.
•    Deep understanding of market research techniques and data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
•    Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, social media management tools, and analytics software.
•    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
•    Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of developing innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
•    Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
•    Master’s Degree in Business or related field and 3 years of experience working in a marketing position
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field and 4 years of experience working in a marketing position.
•    Associate's Degree in Business or related field and 6 years of experience working in a marketing position.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS
•    Climb, crawl, and walk while carrying or operating machinery and tools up stairs, down stairs, and over potentially uneven surfaces.
•    Lift, pull, push, and carry 80 lbs. of weight intermittently.
•    Ability to identify safety hazards and communicate effectively with others.
•    Safely perform work with appropriate safety gear.
•    Distinguish between different colors.
•    Bend, squat, twist, and reach in various positions as the situation dictates.
•    Computer use in full day increments.
•    Travel with no issues that would preclude air travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
