Essential Functions
- Ensure all assigned employees adhere to policy and procedure.
- Ensure adequate employee coverage at all times while managing overtime and payroll expenses.
- Encourage positive employee morale.
- Supervise the work of assigned employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.
- Train and instruct employees in job duties and company policies.
- Prepare and issue work schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments to employees.
- Participate in the work of the assigned bank.
- Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems, and in resolving escalated complaints or disputes.
- Grow DDAs to accomplish annual net DDA goals.
