Marketing Manager

- Develop and implement both in-store and online marketing campaigns that build our brand awareness and increase traffic to both our store and website
- Promote and maintain the integrity of our brand through social media, marketing channels, and social media influencers
- Collaborate with our external marketing company and our in-house team to create marketing plans & advertising strategies
- Oversee the planning and marketing of sales, promotions, and events
- Coordinate with our front-of-store team to ensure that our store layouts and displays align with our marketing vision and enhance our customers' in-store experience
- Perform market research to stay informed on industry trends and customer preferences and identify new opportunities for business growth
The Main Street Exchange is a boutique clothing store outside Lancaster, PA, focused on providing everyday women with unique, modest apparel and accessories. We are seeking a full or part-time Marketing Manager to join our team. Our Marketing Manager will work directly with our staff and marketing agency to find creative and innovative ways to promote our store and online presence while ensuring our content is relevant, engaging, accurate, and supports our business's and our brand's growth.
Our Ideal Marketing Manager:
- Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience and 1-2 years of leadership experience is required. An Associate's Degree in Marketing is preferred but not required.
- Computer Skills: Knowledge of graphic design and project management software. Strong foundation in social media outlets like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Decisive: You know trends and patterns and can make good decisions for our brand/content while contributing to company goals.
- Action-oriented: Someone with strategic thinking abilities and the drive to get things done. You can see the big picture, are self-motivated, and can take initiative.
- Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Drive to do great work and treat teammates & customers with kindness, care, and respect.
- Collaborative: Enjoys being part of a creative team and exchanging ideas and information. You will be working closely with your teammates and our marketing agency.
What we offer our Marketing Manager:
- $60,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and background
