- Analyze and assist with customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Partner with email, performance marketing, marketing agencies, PR agencies, strategic partners, and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
- Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, following budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly. Also, collect this information from our marketing agency.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
- Management of all our social media channels for both properties, including adding "Hot" apps, like Tik Tok.
- Management of Revinate Promos and other revenue opportunities within this system
- E-Newsletters for both properties, including but not limited to quarterly emails for sales department as well as special announcement emails.
- New Photo and Video content for both properties (update room photos, property photos, event photos, etc.)
- Organize press image library with all rights free images and create rights free release forms
- Manage the Hood River Hotel & Campfire Hotel Marketing Editorial Content Calendar for e-newsletter, social media and hotel events
- Hotel Event Promotion & Marketing Content for both properties (NYE, Halloween, etc.)
- On site at Hotel events for social media postings and promotion
- Assist in management of cross partner promotions and marketing opportunities, including fine tuning current collaborations with the General managers. (Pfriem, Rumpl, etc.)
- Recaps of successful marketing promotions and projects with the General Managers.
- Work with General Managers to create promotional items for marketing and hotel on site sales (merchandise)
- Sales & Hotel Collateral Development & Updates (brochures, one sheets, graphics, events)
- Website Management & Updates with our website designer
- Maintain and Update events page for onsite events, revenue collection and partner participation and promotion.
- Assist in responses to marketing leads and state opportunities with the General Manager and PR company
- Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
- Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
- Strong project management skills, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
- Ability to travel as necessary
