This role provides an incredible opportunity to hone presentation skills, create internal allies, own a strategic part of the business, and ultimately foster external relationships to identify and celebrate amazing customer advocates. That's why the individual in this position must possess strong interpersonal skills to be able to quickly build rapport with executives, customers, internal peers, Field Sales and Services teams, and anyone within Salesforce. It's an incredibly cross-functional position that requires collaboration and bridge building, across time zones, offices, personalities, and differing priorities.

* An overall understanding of marketing - including customer marketing and product marketing, as well as campaigns, PR, AR. creative, branding, etc
Responsibilities Include:
* Pitch customers on the benefits of co-marketing with Salesforce, and manage the ongoing relationship and act as the customer marketing point-of-contact to streamline opportunities and communications to the customer
* Managing every stage of the co-marketing lifecycle in an organized fashion, making the engagement as easy for the customer as possible.
* Work closely with our customer marketing partners on films, photoshoots, web stories, social, and creative assets
* Continually build rapport with internal stakeholders to understand their strategy, so we can recommend the most relevant customer stories (for PR, AR, Campaigns, and more)
* Effectively adopt best practices and processes as outlined by leadership and your direct manager.
* Present and communicate updates or concerns to your manager, customer marketing partners, and stakeholders; and then problem-solving by suggesting a solution when possible
* Be an effective business partner and provide consistent and clear communication to all stakeholders
