Marketing Manager - Construction

We are recruiting for a Marketing Associate/Manager to join a Successful family business specializing in Real Estate Development. This Company offers Great health insurance, a good company culture with a thriving stable business background. They need someone to manage the Full Cycle Marketing and Social Media for their Company! Possibility of Hybrid Schedule.

• Manage Instagram, Website, and all social media.
• Effectively manage daily administrative tasks.
• Take pictures/videos for content posting + strategies
• Handle all Branding (t-shirts, hats, pens, all branding )
• Assist with Ideas for client outreach
• Collect and analyze consumer behavior date.
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
• Coordinate with group to generate digital and print advertising material.
• Contribute to collaborative efforts.
• Assist with organize promotional events (showings / open houses / new listings)
• Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities.
• Use Facebook, google Adwords, and Instagram marketing platforms with agreed upon budget.
• We need someone who can do Facebook and Instagram ad’s as well.
• Proficient in social media marketing is important as it changes frequently.
