Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Partner with the Corporate Marketing Department, Breeden Construction leadership and on-site project teams to effectively drive the overall marketing and strategic planning programs for Breeden Construction’s portfolio of development projects. Supports and guides the development of the division’s brand and executes integrated marketing programs using digital and traditional marketing techniques. In this position, you will work extensively within social media platforms, websites, online listings and print collateral partners. In addition, you will review and analyze performance metrics for marketing campaigns and suggest creative solutions for programs that do not meet performance expectations. Our ideal candidate will be proactive, creative and have a passion to learn.
In addition to the above:
- Review and analyze performance metrics for marketing campaigns and suggest creative solutions.
- Create proactive, actionable plans to enhance the division’s marketability.
- Directly responsible for maintaining all property listing services and property website content via WordPress.
- Monitor and create strategies to improve online reputation.
- Create compelling social media content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Research and present new marketing ideas regularly to the VP of Marketing and Public Relations
- Manage vendor and internal relationships to develop and produce website photography, brochures, property signage, branded collateral, and promotional materials.
- Encourage and manage the participation of team member community service.
- Encourage and manage the participation of the “Breeden Standard” internally and externally.
- Create and co-present presentations to teams regarding social media, marketing, and industry best practices, if needed
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to the multifamily industry.
- Organize events such as division-wide meetings, career fairs, outreach events and more.
Qualification Requirements:
- Knowledge of construction operations, industry trends and emerging technologies
- Understanding of industry-related marketing concepts and terms; ability to interpret market information to understand impacts on occupancy, traffic, retention, pricing, and revenue.
- Exceptional project management skills
- Advanced written and oral communication skills; exceptional presentation skills to management, stakeholders, and on-site teams
- Ability to train and inspire others about marketing and digital media strategies.
- Entrepreneurial and imaginative with ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Ability to travel weekends and/or overnight.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Education and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing understanding trends, issues, and emerging technology.
- Business, marketing or communications degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Proficiency in social engagement and marketing campaign management across social media platforms
- Proficiency in press release curation and deployment
- Background in managing ILSs and digital technologies to improve virtual and in-person leasing.
- Experience and a strong background in digital marketing; understand basics of SEO and Google Analytics
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate to advanced level knowledge with MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator or other design programs.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Canva
- Exceptional conceptual and creative thinking skills with a strong aesthetic sense
