As Marketing Manager for all Roche Bros. banners, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs crafted to drive awareness of the Roche Bros. brands, acquisition of new customers and retention of current shoppers. You will be a leader on the team and will help shift the organizations utilization of marketing to drive the business.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree of equivalent
- 7+ years consumer marketing, retail or restaurant industry experience preferred
- Experience across communication channels (e.g. digital, print, in-store communications)
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing including programmatic advertising, paid social, and retargeting
- Experience managing direct and coaching direct reports
- Strategic marketing experience and ability to develop 360° campaigns that engage consumers and address a need
- Experience analyzing campaign results and providing action plans to optimize outcomes
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Experience managing agencies and budgets
- Experience with Google Analytics platforms
- Excellent presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Partners with VP of Marketing to develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives to deliver high impact programs and drive sales, including leveraging vendor partnerships and coop spending
- Owns marketing calendar and cycle planning with cross functional partners
- Analyze KPIs on an ongoing basis to guide messaging and media strategies to ensure campaigns are maximizing performance and hitting goals.
- Review channel and campaign performance, reporting on and highlighting insights, trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Partners with associate marketing manager on leading social media, media planning and buying to include, paid social ads, OTT, ecommerce, etc.
- Works closely with Merchandising & Buying team, Store Operations and IT to develop impact and sales driving programs that accomplish margin goals
- Partner with marketing, ecommerce and IT teams to ensure ongoing development of loyalty/VIP programs
- Leverage research and insight to help map customer journeys and shopping segmentations
- Enhances the brand position in the market, ensuring integrated brand message and delivery
- Lead community management and reputation management discipline to build out best in class program,
- Effectively manages the marketing budget planning and forecasting for associated responsibilities
- Evaluates opportunities to strengthen existing department and sub-brands and categories
- Manages agency partners & marketing services partners in marketing initiatives (eg. Creative & media agency, PR, promotions, events, community)
- Identify marketing opportunities from analyzing market trends, competitor reviews, sales data etc.
- Act as a Brand steward and leader within the organization
- Manage and mentor associate marketing manager
