The Marketing Manager, Lawn Pride Corporate Locations, is a key contributor role within the marketing team and the organization. This is a hands-on role, with a significant focus on local marketing programs, and their effectiveness in driving overall sales and customer growth for corporate-owned (non-franchise) Lawn Pride locations. This role will manage the dedicated local performance marketing tactics and strategy for the assigned brand(s).
The ideal candidate will implement recommended plans and oversee the execution of programs for corporate-owned Lawn Pride Corporate Locations. Partner with the Brand Operations Team, ensuring the integrated marketing strategy and marketing best practices align with the brand’s go-to-market strategy and competitive set, to deliver required daily lead volume, top-line revenue targets, and market share growth.

As a Marketing Manager on the Lawn Pride team, a typical day for you will include:
- Extensive background in managing and optimizing PPC/paid search campaigns
- Proven experience building, optimizing, and managing large marketing budgets
- Sense of pride and ownership in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Strong track record of delivering results in a high-growth environment, with the ability to interpret, analyze, and present metrics and trends
- Possess excellent diplomatic skills and relationship-building qualities
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to influence at all levels within the organization
- Ability to think critically and to interpret and apply processes across many different areas
- Tech savvy and enthusiastic learner (keeping ahead of the ever-changing marketing landscape)
- Sense of humor

- Travel up to 15% for in-person company or team functions
- Develop and deliver local marketing content for key meetings
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned
Bring your skills and achieve success (Required qualifications)
- Experience: 7+ years of marketing experience ideally within a franchise service or retail industry, 5+ years’ experience with digital marketing, highly analytical and data-driven
- Education: Four-year college degree in Marketing or related field

- Competitive Pay: Range $85k - $105k
- Schedule: M-F (2 days from home and 3 days in the office) After 6-month training period.
