We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement marketing strategies alongside the Marketing leadership team that will enhance our brand's presence, engage target audiences, and drive our business objectives with a strong focus on lead generation. This position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and project management skills to effectively manage various marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: working alongside Marketing leadership team, develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in alignment with the company's goals, including market analysis, segmentation, and targeting.
- Brand Management: enhance and maintain the brand's image and reputation across all platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.
- Event Management: plan and execute all events such as trade shows, webinars, and conferences, to promote the brand and foster customer and prospect engagement.
- Manage the company’s VAR program to ensure reseller channels are engaged and proactive in selling our solutions.
- Content Creation: support the production of engaging and informative content for various channels, including websites, email campaigns and marketing collateral.
- Assist in maintaining a collateral library for all departments including product sheets, media kits, presentation slides, mock-ups, spec sheets, swag and more
- Maintain a marketing calendar that incorporates overall marketing activities, including planned email, product, event and other campaigns.
- Digital Marketing: leverage digital marketing tools and techniques, such as SEO, SEM, and ABM campaigns, to increase online presence and generate leads.
- Analytics and Reporting: monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years proven experience in a marketing management role, with a track record of successful event execution.
- 5+ years proven experience in digital marketing.
- 3+ years experience in the broadcast industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A highly professional, self-motivated person, who demonstrates high standards of ethical conduct
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns.
- An avid learner – our products are always evolving and so your knowledge must be too.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Graphic design skills such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign) to help with creating collateral such as brochures, flyers, newsletters and images are a definite plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
