Ideally, we like someone with 3-8 years of experience who has a foot in both traditional and new media. This person will thrive on bringing our brand to life in print advertising of all types (direct mail still works!), on social media with e-commerce integration, and maybe even use AI to accelerate the process as needed (Chat GPT did NOT write this post lol!).
The right candidate will be both flexible and focused, have a strong POV and be open to new ideas, be satisfied by a job-well-done and still look for ways to improve. Marketing Manager Job Description
The Marketing Manager leads Landry & Arcari’s marketing efforts from inception to completion and works closely with ownership to ensure that the brand is evolving to meet the changing needs of our clients and dynamic marketing landscape.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development and Execution
- Work with ownership to define and develop Landry & Arcari’s marketing strategy by leading the execution of marketing campaigns and creative development.
- Monitor all marketing campaigns and present ownership with analytics for review and suggestions for improvement.
- Lead weekly Marketing Meetings with marketing team.
- Attend design industry events to represent the brand, network, and gather content for social media posts.
- Develop and track budget and timeline for marketing objectives
Creative
- Brainstorm, design, refine and bring to life creative media of all types to be used in a variety of advertising channels.
- Develop content for promotions, sales, holidays, and giveaways.
- Work with marketing team to prepare advertising materials to meet deadlines.
- Ensure advertising review and approval processes are in place and adhered to.
Social Media Management
- Gather, produce, and publish content that maintains a consistent brand identity on all social channels.
- Monitor and manage the brand’s reputation across all social channels by engaging with users in the comments, reposting follower-generated content and reporting anything that threatens the brand’s reputation to management
- Create and manage monthly social campaigns and calendars
- Collaborate with the website team to create shopping pages on various social media platforms.
- Gather, highlight, and report relevant competitive activity to learn from and report to owners.
Advertising Partner Liaison
- Maintain relationships with existing vendors while researching and contracting new vendors as needed.
- Review and audit quotes and invoices
- Oversee and maintain advertising calendar and production schedules
- Attend bi-weekly SEO meetings to analyze metrics and determine content engagement and then make improvements based on results.
- Coordinate and execute paid social media and email marketing campaigns in coordination with the website and SEO teams.
Works with and Reports To
The Marketing Manager reports directly to ownership and works closely with ownership and the E-Commerce, Inventory, and Operation teams to collect, produce and publish content.
