Who we are looking for
Do you or someone you know have a strong & varied B2C marketing management background and have a passion for restaurants and food? MINA Group is seeking to grow our Marketing Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, high-energy, efficient individual with both digital/traditional marketing and design/content creation experience to join our fast-growing company. This role will support the Director of Marketing with the development, implementation and governance of the MINA Group portfolio of brands to increase brand awareness, drive guest traffic and improve overall market share. The Marketing Manager will help to implement, communicate and manage brand marketing programs, initiatives, special projects and events. The ideal candidate will be extremely self-motivated and able to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Here’s more of what you will get to do:
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing director for social media marketing strategy from planning, developing, executing, and evaluating all social media activities.
- Assists social media creative and paid media by utilizing agencies, and internal team members.
- Manage digital marketing efforts for the restaurants including copywriting, imagery selection and promotional outreach on owned channels with a focus on website and email
- Executes social media productions and photoshoots under the leadership of our VP of Marketing, including strategy, and placement selection.
- Oversee digital image libraries across multiple platforms regularly updating these libraries
- Assist with marketing events (logistics, collateral, support)
- Assist with creative needs for digital and print collateral whether creation on canva, photoshop in partnership with our VP.
- Provides support for the design, development, and implementation of all brand-led projects to ensure consistency of brand vision.
- Utilizes research insights, performance metrics, and other data available to track and optimize media campaigns to provide strong recommendations for future social media strategies and overall direction.
- Researches cultural trends and emerging technologies that can be owned or amplified by the brand.
- Creates, implements, and maintains social media brand standards and guidelines for all platforms.
What we require:
- 2+ years of experience leveraging social media and digital marketing.
- Demonstrated skills in graphic design and content production
- Experience in luxury hospitality or retail industry preferred
- Demonstrated success with agency oversight and community management.
- Exemplary verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, advertising, or similar emphasis a big+
