Role:Marketing Manager
Reports to: Director of Marketing

As our plans and goals continue to grow, so too does our corporate family! We are eagerly looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Lakewood, Colorado.
AlphaGraphics has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional to build a marketing program and put processes in place to support the launch of a new E-Commerce platform and National Sales Program. The ideal candidate has the knowledge, attention to detail, and passion for developing marketing strategies to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
What We Expect of You:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to support the launch and ongoing marketing of AlphaGraphics' E-commerce platform and National Sales Program to achieve lead generation, conversion, and revenue goals.
  • Ideate, create, and build out marketing programs, workflows, and dashboards in HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Manage ongoing digital marketing programs to promote products, grow the E-commerce customer base, and increase customer engagement and retention.
    • Define objectives, target audience, positioning, and messaging based on analysis and research by market, channel, competitive landscape, and value proposition.
    • Act as a project manager to execute marketing strategy working with copywriter, graphic designer, Marketing Manager, sales team, product experts, and others as needed. Take full control of project steps and timeline, ensuring that milestones and goals are met and adhere to approved budget.
    • Track program performance and effectiveness. Continually use data to drive improvement or develop new offerings.
    • Oversee external agency resources to support aspects of marketing plan execution.
    • Utilize content, messaging, cross-selling, promotions, and discounts as appropriate to attract and retain customers.
  • Deploy SEO tools and methods to optimize E-commerce website for search and performance. Track and report on site analytics.
  • Build a roadmap for constant optimization of the AlphaGraphics brand website to drive E-commerce purchases.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and technical teams to continually enhance the user experience, visual appeal, and content on the E-commerce website.
  • Regularly report to directors and leadership team on the performance of the E-commerce website and marketing campaigns in relation to defined goals. Continually optimize campaigns and channels to reach and exceed business and revenue goals.
  • Incentivize owners and provide assets to encourage local marketing of E-commerce.
  • Constantly evaluate data sources to understand key personas and verticals for E-commerce and National Sales programs. Utilize insights to enhance and evolve marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with National Sales team to understand marketing resource needs. Lead strategy, copywriting, and design for creation and implementation.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of best practices in marketing. Regularly test new messages, tactics, and approaches.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Need to Be Successful:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, including strategy development and campaign execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and campaign management.
  • HubSpot Certification or advanced knowledge of HubSpot or a similar application highly preferred.
  • Experience working within a corporate marketing environment or franchise brand marketing a plus.
  • Strong marketing project management skills are essential. Must have at least 5 years of experience in planning, managing, prioritizing, and successfully executing multiple complex marketing or advertising projects simultaneously and on budget.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaborative skills and the ability to partner with internal teams.
  • Positive and effective interpersonal skills and the ability to use these skills to influence outcomes by communicating with persuasiveness and candor. Ability to appreciate the diversity of stakeholder interactions and adapt style and approach accordingly.
  • Ability to apply creative thinking and imagination to campaign development, planning, and execution with focus on the target audience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while remaining positive, calm, and supportive.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools such as Wrike and Asana is beneficial.

  • Annual base salary in the $85K-$95K range based on experience
  • Team and individual performance-based bonus up to 20% of your annual salary.

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
