The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to strengthen and increase the company’s market presence, attract new clients and candidates, and maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the job, have comprehensive knowledge of branding and social media, managing the company website, as well as a drive to deliver marketing solutions that make a difference.
Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for existing markets and services.
- Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and translate results into actionable items for marketing departments.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns for both client and candidate acquisition.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and create engaging content.
- Ensure the company’s website reflects the organization’s brand identity, strategy, and standards, while maintaining consistency in design, messaging and positive user experience.
- Conduct training with the staff to help them create more effective social media content.
- Establish and track KPI’s to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Position Requirements
Execution of Social Media Strategy
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, emerging trends, engagement opportunities, and respond promptly to inquiries and comments.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategy accordingly to meet performance goals.
Matching Marketing Initiatives to Company Initiatives
- Align marketing goals with the company’s overall mission, vision, and core values.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated with company

Skills Required
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree (required).

- 3-5 years marketing experience
