The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to strengthen and increase the company’s market presence, attract new clients and candidates, and maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the job, have comprehensive knowledge of branding and social media, managing the company website, as well as a drive to deliver marketing solutions that make a difference.
- Collaborate with leadership to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for existing markets and services.
- Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and translate results into actionable items for marketing departments.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns for both client and candidate acquisition.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and create engaging content.
- Ensure the company’s website reflects the organization’s brand identity, strategy, and standards, while maintaining consistency in design, messaging and positive user experience.
- Conduct training with the staff to help them create more effective social media content.
- Establish and track KPI’s to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
