Marketing Manager

Agent Design House is hiring a full-time employee to serve as a Marketing Manager on the company’s growing team. Marketing Managers are responsible for contributing to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)

• Act as the point of contact for clients for Marketing Services (Social Media, Email Marketing, Google Services, Listing Support, and more)
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
• Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
• Report on web performance metrics
• Analyze digital campaign success
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends
• Know your clients and their needs, goals, and hopes for their investment in our services
• Onboard new clients
• Create and maintain excellent customer service
• Send initial client updates + recurring bi-weekly updates

• 2+ years of marketing management experience
• Ability to multi-task and work under multiple tight deadlines
• History of achieving and consistently exceeding personal goals
• Passionate about over-delivering in every way possible
• Highly detail-oriented and follows directions
• Coachable
• Strong written and verbal skills
