Job Description
ITsavvy is an innovative leader in the technology sector, known for our commitment to excellence and creativity. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Leader who combines a strong background in copywriting or graphic design with proficiency in marketing automation, particularly HubSpot, to join our team.
As our Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for the hands-on execution of our comprehensive marketing plan. This role demands a high-energy, self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who has experience in B2B Marketing with a focus on digital marketing and outbound demand generation. You will be tasked with overseeing various projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery of each component of the plan. Experience or strong interest in AI tools and marketing automation will be essential in the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Work with the ITsavvy Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
- Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Creative Direction:
- Oversee the production of high-quality content, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and visual guidelines.
- Utilize your background in copywriting/graphic design to guide creative projects and enhance our brand’s presence.
- Marketing Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Analytics:
- Utilize HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools to streamline marketing processes and campaigns.
- Be familiar with and/or open to leveraging marketing AI tools to maximize output and close skill gaps of existing team.
- Analyze campaign performance, using data to drive decisions and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and adjust the marketing strategy as needed.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with various departments to create a unified and effective marketing approach.
- Communicate marketing plans and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a marketing role with a history of increasing responsibility.
- Proven background in copywriting or graphic design with a portfolio available for review.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation software.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Experience working in the technology industry and familiarity with the VAR space a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think creatively and analytically.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns.
