Immediate Openings - Line Leads($19.80 /hour) We have multiple positions available in Rockford, IL with a leading global manufacturer who is committed to providing exceptional service and high quality products. They are currently looking for temp to hireemployees to be part of their integral team. This is a great fit for someone who wants to develop their skills while working in a clean, comfortable and fast paced environment!
2nd Shift: 2:45pm - 11:00pm / $19.80/hr. temp ($20.62 after 90 days)

What you'll do:
Line leads are an integral part of this company!
- Work under some supervision, provide supervision and guidance to members of your line/area.
- Must ensure that other members on your line have the necessary knowledge to perform their jobs.
- Inspect line workers' product, perform checks and tests, pull samples, lead rework efforts as necessary.
- Responsible for communicating all information between shifts and to associates assigned to your production area.
- Prepare, operate, and direct the production area/line.
- Responsible for compliance and quality of your area and those operating within it.
- Must be ready and in attendance for the Line Leader Shift Communication meeting – held 15 minutes prior to each shift.
- Conduct daily line huddle communication meeting, review all shift-to-shift communication and information.

- Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Experience: Supervisory experience
