Alliance Marketing Partners, LLC (AMP) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator Intern to join our team. As a full-service marketing and event management agency, AMP offers a wide range of services including brand marketing, public relations, social media, design, sports marketing, activation, and product sampling. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results for our clients and creating unforgettable experiences through our events.
As a Marketing Intern at AMP, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced marketing professionals and gain hands-on experience. This internship is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about marketing.
Responsibilities
· Support marketing activations
· Support brand event executions
· Event Planning and Activation
· Developing strategic promotional programs
· Other tasks as requested and assigned
· Assist with Partnership Support (NFL, NHL and Hospitals)
· Collaborate on upcoming programs
· Maintain organized notes and records on connects

· Must have full-time access to car
· Must have laptop to bring to office
· Must be comfortable moving equipment such as tents, tables, etc
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as events may require
- Knowledge of event management software is a plus
