Job description

Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating marketing department functions, including budget tracking and reporting, campaign reporting, department and brand calendars, and administrative support.
This individual plays a key role in supporting the overall effectiveness of the marketing team and requires strength in leadership and communication, plus excellent organizational and analytical skills. The Marketing Integrations Coordinator role provides an opportunity to take ownership of various daily responsibilities and develop the role to increase impact on the team and organization.
Responsibilities include:
  • Code expenses related to marketing activities.
  • Track expenses and accounts to monitor alignment with approved budgets.
  • Update marketing dashboards to report performance results to stakeholders.
  • Update and distribute reports related to marketing activities.
  • Develop and maintain consolidated marketing department and brand calendars for annual planning, major retailer meetings, retailer promotions, internal project deadlines, etc.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance and IT, to ensure smooth coordination of department deliverables and needs, including new employee onboarding.
  • Coordinate and organize marketing materials and order department office supplies.
  • Support department team-building activities, including monthly birthday celebrations, summer picnics, and holiday gatherings.
  • Provide administrative support to marketing teams on various projects and initiatives, including coordination of calendars, teams, rooms, catering, etc., for marketing and sales meetings.
  • Assist with streamlining workflows and procedures for better efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Additional support as directed by Sr. Director, Marketing Integrations.

Required Skills / Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional office environment, preferably in marketing operations.
  • Proficiency with business applications and software, such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Strengths in organization, workflow coordination, process optimization, detail orientation, and communication.
  • Desire to take ownership of daily responsibilities and develop the role as business needs evolve.
  • Adept at learning new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop new processes and tools that enhance department productivity and collaboration.
  • College degree in business, communications, or other relevant field.

$26 - $31/Hr. DOE
