What You'll Be Doing...
- Develop and execute innovative consumer and B2B marketing strategies to drive brand recognition and viewer engagement on a global scale
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to set priorities and ensure brand consistency and alignment with our global ambitions
- Work with Creative Manager on the development of compelling creative content and advertising campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, spanning different cultures and regions
- Develop strategies to unify all digital media touchpoints into one cohesive brand story
- Find and leverage strategic partnership opportunities with like minded brands
- Maximize opportunities with platform partners and local affiliates that are specific to their unique territories
- Collaborate with our regional marketing teams to build the brand and grow targeted market share
- Leverage data-driven television insights to refine marketing approaches that maximize the impact of limited resources
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Motivate and inspire a high-performing team that shares our vision and passion
- Ad-hoc duties as required
What You'll Bring...
- You must have network/broadcast experience working for a global broadcaster
- You have had at least five (5) years experience in the television entertainment marketing space, with a clear understanding of the nuances between the Linear/FAST/OTT/AVOD/SVOD ecosystems
- You have been at the helm of some awesome global marketing campaigns; leading teams through the ideation and execution process from start to finish.
- You have a revenue generating mindset. Supporting an ad sales team is something you've done, or at the very least, sounds very exciting!
- You have planned, executed and optimized social media marketing campaigns
- You can inspire and recognize great advertising (i.e., you understand the difference between on-air promos and social media content)
- You've been complimented on your brief writing skills and know how to effectively communicate with a creative team
- You possess excellent cross-departmental communication, collaboration and leadership skills
- You have a proven track record of being proactive and taking strategic advantage of marketing opportunities (but you'd never say "that was my idea")
