- Strategic GTM marketing planning and communications – represent growth marketing voice with GMs, Product and Tech teams to define and execute on road map.
- Digital Marketing & media – Lead team responsible for all marketing efforts in GTM and sustain efforts. Includes video, SEO, SEM strategy, paid social, plus all audience targeting initiatives. Lead the website development and maintenance, and full oversight of CRM integration and retargeting optimization. Leverage other media channels, if needed.
- Building the Brand – Define the plan to create and scale the brand identity for our platform/app. Push the boundaries of creative development and strategic planning to achieve the plan including responsibility for A/B testing, user experience and target audience persona definitions.
- Event Management – Be the point of contact of all event planning for the venture. Lead internal/external outreach events hitting key KPIs.
- Social Media/Community Management – Day-to-day oversight of social accounts and engagement.
- Admin – KPI’s, PDCA, and budget oversight.
- Bachelors in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related degree
- 10+ years of overall marketing experience
- 5+ years of work experience executing and/or leading at-scale performance marketing programs for digital agencies or client marketing organizations.
- 5+ years of experience leading a marketing team
- Extensive experience with social media platforms / media buying and planning
- Automotive industry experience preferred.
- Experience managing 3rd party advertising agencies and create in-house best practices.
- Experience with self-serve media buying.
- Experience working with incentives and offers.
- Ability to implement marketing strategies.
- Microsoft Office (Teams, OneNote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Jira, Confluence, Scrum, agile experience preferred.
- Proven CPC, CPM and CPA digital media planning and buying experience.
- Strong focus on customer acquisition, managing performance marketing channels (e.g., Search, Programmatic, Social, Affiliate, Email, conversion rate optimization, etc.) and/or CLM (e.g., managing customer data, segmentation, and driving personalization of owned channels)
- Ability to interface with all levels of management and senior leaders.
- Confident, self-starter and motivated
- Excellent communication, written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics.
- Effective management of multiple projects, and requests
