Marketing Director - B2C

What the Position is About:

• Manage all marketing & lead generation for the company (digital, traditional, and nontraditional)
• Lead a team of about 8 people including the call center staff and marketing staff
• Recruit, hire, train and develop marketing personnel
• Coach and mentor the team to optimize their performance and professional growth
• Help the business develop and implement new marketing strategies to continue their steady growth goals
• Maintain marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources, and manage marketing KPIs

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Marketing & lead generation experience within digital, traditional, and nontraditional marketing avenues for a $30M+ home improvement company
• Experience in the home improvement industry is required
• Proven experience of growing a home improvement company through multiple marketing channels & lead sources
• Marketing, call center and events management experience
• Tech savvy (comfortable with different marketing software)
