Marketing Development Coordinator

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Provide high-level administrative support and management of the EnCon Companies Marketing efforts by the development, maintenance, and implementation of the EnCon Marketing Plan and EnCon Marketing Manual. The Marketing Coordinator will maintain the EnCon websites, CRM, Drip Marketing, Social Media site(s) Advertising Calendar, and the Marketing Events Calendar. They will also act as the company’s technical writer and content editor and are the primary contact for all marketing related activities.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• B.S. in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar

• Photography skills and experience is preferred.

• General understanding of thecommercial construction industry

• Experience in providing marketing support for a General Contractor or Trade Partner is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical Documentation and Content Management

• Create a standardized approach to content development that allows for reuse in multiple forms of collateral and written campaigns.

• Coordinate the development and content management of all technical marketing collateral in native file form and PDF file form.

• Provide copy editor oversight and review of technical documentation and collateral.

• Maintain an indexed list of available collateral and version history.

• Develop or assist in development of technical and graphical materials necessary or required for specific events, advertisement, media, or new technical documentation.

• Maintain necessary material inventory and hardware to smoothly execute the documentation management task.

• Implementation of the Marketing Plan

• Develop, implement, and manage approved marketing campaigns to maximize campaign benefit and value. Including: Print advertising, Drip Marketing, B2B and B2C targeting, Collateral development.

• Track campaign value and benefit for presentation and review.

• Maintain communication with preconstruction staff to provide market segment collateral specific and target to current opportunities.

• Maintain SOQ files and reports.

• Event Coordination

• Maintain the Marketing Events Calendar, corresponding event details, and event requirements.

• Assist in event coordination as Event Manager to ensure a successful event.

• Coordination of all SWAG marketing materials: budgeting, design, ordering and distribution.

• Information Technology Maintenance and Coordination

• Maintain the EnCon Companies Website through: Content updates, new document uploads, blog information, graphics, and images.

• Maintain the EnCon Companies image library.

• Continuing Education and Award Program Management

• Maintain the EnCon Companies award submission program for past and current entries.

• Maintain the EnCon Companies continuing education credentials and participant documentation requirements for AIA and PDH leaning units.

• Support the maintenance and management of the accredited learning unit programs.

• Develop, maintain, and manage the photography and rights required for submission and photography use for other digital and print forms.

• Assist with research, generation, distribution, reporting methods, and maintenance of departmental documentation including.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
