Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will develop and manage marketing programs, events, and campaigns for three area locations throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Creates and manages local email marketing campaigns and evaluates efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Develops and executes social media strategy; including taking before and after pictures of recently completed projects for website and social media use, ensuring online presence and engagement, and lead generation on multiple platforms.
- Oversees Neighborhood Marketing Campaigns which involves production, printing, and distribution of marketing collateral and materials within the local market; including door hangers, yard signs, direct mail, and every job marketing activity.
- Identifies and coordinates activities related to special events, community events, home shows, and local business networking groups.
- Identifies and engages in business-to-business (B2B) partnerships, corporate accounts, and ongoing relationship management in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Identifies and manages vendors for any needed services and/or promotional programs related to the marketing strategy.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software such as Adobe Photoshop.
- Extremely creative and inventive with a forward-thinking mindset.
- Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- High school degree required, Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a related field.
- $45,000-$55,000 annually
