ResponsibilitiesWho are you?
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator of Demand Generation to join our dynamic marketing team at Virgin Pulse. In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns that generate demand for our products and services, drive leads, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:
- Support lead gen campaigns by programming emails, gated landing and download pages, post-activity workflows, sequences and blog posts
- Manage leads from marketing activities including digital campaigns, webinars and conferences (scrubbing and validating leads, identifying contacts for lead gen sequences, SFDC opportunity creation)
- Analyze email engagement and engaged contacts from specific campaigns and target accounts; sharing insights with sales
- Maintain segmented email database by tagging new contacts from events, webinars and content downloads with market and department
- Provide air traffic control and manage marketing calendar
- Gather data on lead gen campaigns and activities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the design, development, and deployment of landing pages and email campaigns align with the campaign goals and objectives.

QualificationsWhat you bring to the Virgin Pulse team
In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or similar roles.
You also take pride in offering the following Core Skills, Competencies, and Characteristics:
- Experience in creating landing pages and email campaigns using tools like HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle competing priorities effectively.
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the healthcare or tech industry, is a plus.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $45,000-60,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for target bonus as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
