Marketing Coordinator

Our orthodontic practice is seeking a full-timeMarketing Coordinator. If you’re an analytical thinker who is strategy-focused and understands brand management, then this is the perfect place for you to grow! You will have the opportunity to redefine our methods of promoting existing services, develop new tactical marketing programs and literature that are effective in reaching our potential customers, and ensure the most appropriate sales channels are being used effectively. Daily tasks include managing our social media outlets and website, implementing and overseeing marketing strategies throughout the practice with the goal of increasing patient referrals, a strong focus on promoting community awareness, visiting referring doctors and maintaining relationships with the doctors and their team, etc. If you are self-motivated and strategy-focused, then this is the position you've been looking for!

Must have relevant work experience in marketing, communications, or other related field. Sales experience is a plus. Must have excellent public relations and enjoy challenge and responsibility.

Must have the following skills:

• Experience in social media management, content creation, reputation management, and marketing analytics
• The ability to work well with others and have strong organizational skills to handle various tasks
• Provide a strong day-to-day leadership presence for all staff members
• Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies and ideas throughout the practice
• Strong understanding of social media and the role that it should play within the practice
