Role and Responsibilities:

- Identifies and researches procurement opportunities; presents his/her recommendation to Chief Marketing Officer.
- Tracks procurement announcements, submittals, wins and losses.
- Responsible for proposal and interview production by coordinating with presenters to script effective presentations.
- Develops and prepares proposal submittals by writing, editing, verifying, and formatting proposal information, ensuring that submittals are accurate, timely and well written.
- Responsible for the development, maintenance and support of RA’s website, in collaboration with Chief Marketing Officer.
- Acts as liaison between RA’s website and users by responding to all questions and comments about the website.
- Creates general graphics, provides, uploads, and maintains content for website, social media platforms, and internal newsletter.
- Coordinates outreach efforts to include e-blasts and press releases.
- Works closely with Chief Marketing Officer in developing and maintaining RA’s brand and identity.
- Updates / maintains resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, etc.
- Updates / maintains various databases used for marketing and business development purposes.
- Takes the lead in organizing marketing events.
- Works closely with personnel at all levels to implement and reach business development goals.
- Attends and organizes RA’s participation in events, tradeshows, conferences, and other related meetings.
- Maintains professional memberships and affiliations of selected personnel.
- Completes his/her timesheet daily and submits it promptly for weekly review and approval.
- Attends meetings in and out of the office, to include Business Development and Safety Meetings.
- Travels as needed, occasionally overnight.
- Maintains a valid driver’s license.
- Other tasks as needed.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience. A/E/C industry related experience is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in producing SF330 and other public sector proposal forms.
- Experience with Onvia and/or other public RFP/RFQ/RFI notice systems.
- Experience with Adobe Suite programs including InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator and Acrobat.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.

- Proven experience in coordinating a heavy workload with multiple projects in multiple locations.
