Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will provide high-level support to company leaders to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and initiatives. This will be a boots on the ground team member who can pivot effortless from one project to the next. They must be effective in planning, prioritizing, and executing tasks in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is both approachable & respectful, is comfortable with new technology, virtual meeting platforms and scheduling systems. Ultimately, this role will increase the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Coordinate firm events in conjunction with the management team

· Support the HR Manager with volunteer events and team builders

· Vendor management in partnership with the finance team

· Provide administrative support for the organization, assisting with our overall communication plan via phone and email correspondence, helping create agendas for company meetings, and taking meeting notes.

· Assist in implementing the organization's marketing plan

· Coordinate and assist with generating social media content and scheduling posts

· Assist with updating the company website regularly and maintain compliance tracking

Position qualification:

· Related work experience in event coordination, public relations, marketing, or other similar fields

· Possess excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Must be proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe and similar programs.

· Proficiency in WordPress is highly desired

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to complete delegated tasks efficiently

· Ability to take initiative to plan and complete assigned projects

· Experience in planning, supporting, and organizing events

· Understanding of available tools and platforms for social media.
