Marketing Coordinator (Boston or Remote)

As a Marketing Coordinator on the Institutional Marketing team, you’ll play a pivotal role by helping support our strategic business pursuits, assisting at key stages of the opportunity from the proposal through to the final pitch. In addition to an earnest desire to help people, we are looking for the ideal candidate to complement the team’s existing talents: For this Marketing Coordinator role, we need someone with writing, presentation, and project management skills to help advance our business results. If you are a go-getter and a quick learner who takes initiative, this may be an ideal match for you! This role will allow for cross-functional partnership and exposure with ample growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Support strategy, preparation, and content development for sales and retention opportunities
- Own proposal process from initial receipt through final delivery; write, format, and review final documents.
- Experience with Long and Short form written content.
- Lead kickoff calls for key opportunities, support development of win themes and differentiators.
- Own presentation development for large business pursuits by using existing content and developing new content.
- Craft new responses to proposal questions in collaboration with subject area leaders
- Continually update and refine RFP content database.
- Proof and quality-check all work products and meet critical timelines.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relatable professional experience
- Strong time management, project management and prioritization skills
- An outstanding communicator with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Prior experience with RFPs and proposal content management system (i.e. Qvidian) preferred
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint a must with an eye for creative design
- Adept at listening, asking questions and taking initiative.
- Effective communication and relationship-building across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Marketing samples may be requested.
