The Marketing team is seeking a talented student to assist the Content Partnerships team in organizing new creative Influencer-relationship based content for our upcoming collection and assist with sourcing new Influencer partners. Essense is looking for an intern with the ability to think critically and asses the quality of Influencer created content, and assist with the organization of all incoming still and video assets.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance on all video and still images
- Upload assets to all tools used within the Marketing department
- Assist in naming and maintaining digital asset file/structure organization
- Responsible for completion of work to daily and weekly deadlines
- Ability to receive creative direction from Content Partnerships Manager
- Proactive and able to show initiative
- Assist the photoshoot (Content Development) team across all shoots throughout the season as needed
- Current student or Bachelor's Degree in Film, Graphic Design, Marketing or similar field.
- High technical proficiency in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign)
- Some video editing skills
- Some still image retouching skills
- Proven ability to work efficiently to produce a high turnover of images
- Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines with extreme pressure and change
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Excellent eye for detail
- Flexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks
- Previous experience working with video and still image editing
