Marketing Content Coordinator
Job Summary:
EH&E’s marketing strategy focuses on the creation and distribution of engaging, authentic content to showcase how our experts help organizations in the healthcare, life sciences, higher education and commercial sectors solve today’s environmental and facility engineering challenges. The Marketing Content Coordinator’s core responsibility will be to assist in the development and implementation of a variety of marketing campaigns designed to increase visibility and engage and nurture leads.
The Marketing Content Coordinator will report to the senior marketing manager and work with the marketing and sales teams and practice leaders to achieve marketing goals. This role also requires collaboration with other departments throughout the organization, as well as with partners, clients and vendors.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Marketing Content Creation
  • Assist in the development of content for various formats (e.g., email, blogs, guides) to be posted on the website, used in nurture campaigns, and shared via channels such as email and social media.
  • Collaborating on the development and implementation of nurture campaigns for leads and key accounts. Tracking campaign success.
  • Work with the senior marketing manager to manage the editorial, tracking schedules and deliverables.
  • Participate in the writing of marketing brochures and project case studies.
  • Curate, maintain, and organize Marketing Content and collaterals.
Marketing Team Support
  • Email marketing – release of email blasts, tracking metrics.
  • Support with virtual and in-person marketing events (webinars, conferences, speaking engagements).
  • Assisting with the submission of abstracts to present and tracking speaker deadlines.
  • Social media – assist with maintaining a calendar of posts for social channels, monitoring activity, and responding appropriately.
  • Customer surveys.
  • Performing support and/or administrative tasks, as required.
Minimum qualifications, knowledge, skills & abilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience required.
  • Experience with Architectural/Engineering/Construction or other relevant industry preferred.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and function effectively as part of a team under multiple deadlines and time constraints, schedule workload and manage time efficiently.
  • Collaborative work style and highly motivated.
  • Experience with CRM, email marketing and marketing automation systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
