Marketing Content Associate

As a Marketing Content Associate, your primary responsibility is to assist with content creation, photography, and upholding the brand identity. You will also assist with other marketing initiatives and projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

This is an entry-level position in the rapidly growing field of vacation rental marketing and advertising, and in-depth training will be provided to the winning candidate. A great candidate will be detail-oriented, optimistic, and a team player.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Create various content for our websites and social media

Manage social media interactions and reply to guest

Create blog posts and other SEO prioritized content

Capture, edit, and publish real estate photography for vacation rentals and other platforms/media (equipment and software provided)

Assist with guest experience marketing efforts

Assist the marketing team to complete a variety of ongoing initiatives

Additional tasks and projects as assigned by Marketing Manager

Ideal candidates will have the following:

Strong attention to detail

Excellent writing and grammatical skills

An eye for interior design and property staging

Strong sense of teamwork and communication

Interest in multi-channel marketing

Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher)

Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign) preferred

Vacation rental experience preferred

Local area knowledge preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
