YOUR MISSION
This role will be instrumental in supporting strategic marketing and communications efforts for True Anomaly. Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will play an important role in the development, implementation, and management of strategy and storytelling campaigns that increase brand awareness, elevate thought leadership, and ultimately make True Anomaly synonymous with space security.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Working closely with the Director of Communications, partner with the Product/Design team to develop, execute, and measure strategic storytelling and marketing campaigns related to spacecraft launch milestones, product announcements, talent acquisition, and thought leadership. This will include aligning all stakeholders on goals and messaging as well as identifying the right mediums to deliver each campaign, including but not limited to: videos, infographics, media kits, marketing collateral, industry event presence, paid social, and media advertising.
  • Project manage multiple active and upcoming projects by defining scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Track progress, understand requirements, and communicate status to project stakeholders.
  • Guide digital marketing projects from kickoff through concepting, production, design and copywriting, review, QA, and delivery.
  • Identify digital marketing needs and serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding and managing any agency support, including geo-targeted advertising, account-based marketing campaigns, paid social, Google search, SEO, etc.
  • Analyze and report digital marketing performance metrics; ensure True Anomaly tracks against benchmarks.
  • Contribute to video script development and storyboarding. Assist in building up the True Anomaly YouTube account as well as identifying and creating video content for other forms of visual communication such as Instagram.
  • Select, implement, and manage the best email marketing platform for True Anomaly and partner with the Director of Communications to stand up e-newsletter and e-mail marketing strategy; partner with the Business Development team to build and manage marketing contact lists.
  • Manage updates to website via CMS and monitor and report on site traffic using Google Analytics.
  • Partner with the product and design team to develop, maintain, and distribute a comprehensive and current collateral library for all True Anomaly products, to include capabilities 2-pagers, fact sheets, etc.
  • Serve as an additional strategic communications and public relations resource across the organization for major events and announcements.
  • Help to build and foster a high-performing Marketing Communications team.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in progressively higher-level marketing and communications roles managing complex, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience managing agency relationships as well as managing and mentoring freelancers and junior team members.
  • Experience in B2G or B2B marketing-bonus if you have both!
  • Demonstrated experience in efficient, effective project management.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating complex technical subject matter to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills; able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent planning ability and attention to detail.
  • Able to professionally collaborate and communicate effectively with immediate team members as well as across the organization at all levels including C-suite.
  • Prior experience with or aptitude to learn new marketing tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Hubspot, Salesforce, Sprout Social, Webflow, etc.).

COMPENSATION
  • Base Salary: $120,000-$150,000
  • Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Work Location-Denver, CO or Remote. We observe a hybrid work environment.
  • Travel - approximately 10% of travel for this position
