Overview
We are seeking a Marketing, Branding, and Activations Intern to join our team for the summer. As an intern, you will work closely with our marketing and sales team to help develop and execute marketing and branding strategies that drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies to increase hotel revenue and brand awareness
- Help create and manage social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Assist in the design and production of promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and signage
- Conduct research on industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities for marketing and branding initiatives
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing ideas and activations
- Assist in the coordination and execution of hotel events and activations, including networking events and charity events
- Help with email marketing campaigns and CRM database management
- Provide support to the sales team with lead generation and management
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management, Business ,marketing, advertising, or communications program at a college or university
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and experience using them for personal or professional purposes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
