Theoria's Marketing Department is looking for a talented and driven Marketing Associate to play a pivotal role in advancing our marketing and sales initiatives. As a mid-level Marketing Associate, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that support Theoria's business objectives, enhance brand visibility, and drive growth. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to the shaping of our marketing efforts and to make a tangible impact on our success. This position reports directly to the Business Development department.

Shift Structure:

• Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm EST with additional availability as needed
• Remote with 2 days a week at office hours at Theoria's HQ in Novi Michigan

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily marketing tasks and assignments proactively
• Oversee the graphic design department
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
• Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
• Assist with organizing national and local promotional events
• Work closely with product team to produce technical and promotional collateral for new product launches
• Work closely with partners, internal and external to support Theoria's co-marketing efforts
• Prepare educational and promotional materials via Webinars, GIFs and videos
• Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
• Monitor competitors' marketing activities
• Manage social media accounts
• Partners with marketing leadership on trade show planning and execution
• Works closely with Sales and creative teams to ensure flawless execution
• Partner with the marketing team on strategic product seeding efforts

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing
• Minimum of 3 year of experience in Marketing, healthcare experience required
• Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
• Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
• Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
