Marketing Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Michigan Financial Companies-Dunleavy Wealth is seeking a part-time Marketing Associate with past marketing and calling experience; someone that is getting back into the workforce or looking to have a flexible part time income that fits well with their schedule. We are a premier financial advisor firm for high-net worth individuals.
• The right candidate will be comfortable on the phone, have zero issues engaging people in friendly conversation, and should be very self-motivated. Additional opportunities in the office exist for the right candidate and someone who is looking for additional hours and duties. Great experience and a track available for a new financial planner.

JOB DETAILS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Part-time position with varying hours per week, M-F only
• Flexible work from home (after training period) or in-office hours
• Pay rate is based on experience, plus bonuses after 90 days
• Develop and maintain new business leads through cold-calling, emails, and proactive follow-ups using company call scripts
• Follow-up on marketing leads
• Expand business opportunities from the company’s existing client base
• Research within the target markets for new opportunities
• Documenting notes from calls and company research
• Utilize CRM (Pipedrive) to document all efforts

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree with a minor in Financial Planning (preferred, not required)
• Past achievement in new and expanded client business generation
• Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple tasks
• Must be a goal-oriented, persuasive, self-motivated, independent worker, and enthusiastic on the phone
• Must be able to work well under pressure and be efficient in meeting an assigned number of calls per day
• Knowledge of the financial service industry is a plus
• Knowledge of using Pipedrive CRM is a plus
• Mandatory in-office training period
• Must download and use time tracker on PC if working from home

PAY:

• $15-17 per hour, pending experience level

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
