What you'll do...
- Support marketing communication projects and studies, as needed, in the development of strategic and tactical marketing solutions to meet the needs of the Integrated Services Connect & Engage business.
- Support the coordination and delivery of owner and prospective buyer communications for Connect & Engage, across channels including Ford.com, Owner Web, App, In-Vehicle, CRM, Social, Media; including print, vehicle launch and point of sale materials.
- Help grow Connect & Engage awareness and satisfaction through support of the field organization working with a cross functional team (Field Ops, Retailer Education & Training, FCSD); including the CRC and Ambassador teams.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Connect & Engage at key events (i.e. Grass Roots, NADA, Dealer Training, Immersions), as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project management plan, communicate details and timing with internal and agency stakeholders, and track progress for all Connect & Engage marketing communication deliverables.
