We are a rapidly growing 3.5 year old health and wellness company (family owned) that is looking for someone who is ready to be a part of something incredible with lots of room for growth. This position is for someone who is fluent in English and Spanish.

We need someone who can assist on these projects in English and take the LEAD on them in Spanish:

• Social media posts, content creation and graphics in Spanish (Canvas experience is a must)
• Graphic creation in Canva and Adobe - stay true to and advance our brand design
• Support in our customer groups on social media (content creation,graphics and post approvals etc)
• Wordpress website management as necessary (new product launches etc)
• Create marketing content in English and Spanish
• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable in both English and Spanish.
• Communication and collaborate well! Often on multiple projects at once
• Spanish email creation for promos, product launches, etc
• Holiday promotional materials in Spanish.
• Create and publish engaging content in Spanish
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish)
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency to set and meet deadlines, juggle competing priorities, self-sufficient while being detail-oriented and motivated

• Must have a high attention to detail especially in posts, emails, graphics and website. This includes grammar, dates and times on images, spelling, etc. English and Spanish.
• Highly proficient in Canva and other graphics creation programs/apps.
• Strong understanding and demonstration of business best practicesand ethics
• Can handle changing course and simultaneous projects with varying deadlines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals.
• Write clear and concise copy that is grammatically correct and adheres to brand guidelines.
• Experience designing and laying out presentations in Canva, Powerpoint and or Keynote
• Photography or any video experience (short video creation) is a plus but not required
• Bachelors in marketing, social media management, communications, graphic design or some related field relevant to the job description.
• Comfortable recording videos in Spanish and sharing on stage in Spanish at our events.
• Willing to travel some with plenty of advanced notice.
• Extensive knowledge of social media video platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, & TikTok).
• Well versed in technology, which means you are able to navigate quickly through social platforms, edit videos, find and add trending music to the content, operate modern phones quickly, work well with computers, etc.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content and digital marketing.
• Create visually appealing content.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Assist in graphic design tasks (in English and Spanish) including creating layouts, selecting fonts, and manipulating images to ensure materials are visually appealing and effectively communicate key messages.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency to set and meet deadlines, juggle competing priorities, self-sufficient while being detail-oriented and motivated
• At least 1 year of experience preferred
• Our work environment includes:
• We will consider primarily remote for the right person with occasional trips to Florida. Located or willing to relocate to Tampa Bay Area a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
