What you’ll be doing:
We’re on the lookout for a talented Marketing Associate to help to shape and execute Kurmi’s marketing strategy. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management and communication skills and has 3+ years experience in a B2B marketing (or similar) role. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, the Marketing Associate will contribute to a broad range of marketing activities, with an emphasis on coordinating US events and supporting US partner marketing. This role is a great opportunity for a generalist who is looking to expand their knowledge across many areas of marketing (we encourage our team to be T-shaped marketers!).
A typical day might include:
Coordinating end-to-end logistics for US-based events (trade shows, conferences, webinars, etc.), managing budgets, communicating with vendors, proposing promotional materials, conducting post-event analysis, and ensuring post-event lead follow up.
Supporting various marketing, sales enablement, and channel programs, including sourcing and fulfilling promotional offers, customer and partner gifts, and other one-off requests.
Contributing to the creation of compelling sales enablement collateral, including one-sheeters and presentations.
Proposing and drafting engaging and informative blog posts and social media posts.
Managing marketing inventory, including swag and event supplies. Propose new swag and coordinate orders.
Gathering and analyzing consumer behavior data, conducting market research, monitoring competitors’ marketing activities.
Creating reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates. Maintaining organized records of marketing initiatives and results of past campaigns.
Supporting the marketing team’s efficiency through proposing process improvements and leveraging automation for existing marketing tech stack. Documenting and templatizing Marketing initiatives.
What you’ll bring:
3+ years of marketing experience, with a specific emphasis on B2B marketing.
Proven expertise in event coordination and project management, adept at handling multiple tasks concurrently.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, ChiliPiper, and Google Analytics.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus if you have:
Experience within the unified communications or information technology industries.
Experience with Google Ads.
Where you’ll be:
This position is hybrid in-office/remote, based in New York City, NY (the Kurmi office is in Flatiron!)
Occasional business travel (within US and France), 10-15%
Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this role in New York City is $60,000 to $80,000 annually, coupled with potential performance-based bonuses.
