Reports to: Director of Engagement
Description / Responsibilities:
· Support and collaborate with Director of Engagement in any capacity needed
· Responsible for ordering and distributing engagement materials for all properties
· Assist Director of Engagement in creation, production and distribution of ALL marketing materials including –
- Social Media
- Advertisements
- Events
- Experiential initiatives
- Serve Days
- Trade shows
- Company and property business cards, brochures, etc.
- Property promotions i.e. move in specials etc.
· Respond to social media inquires by close of business daily
· Monitor online presence as it relates to reviews and comments
· Perform quarterly audit and update property welcome packets
· Prepare new hire welcome basket
· Collaborate, schedule and prepare photoshoots
· Maintain and keep inventory of all engagement material
· Backup for Director of Engagement
· Complete all training as required
· Required meetings: weekly planning meeting, annual budget meeting, State of Engage annual meeting

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

- Graphic design: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
