The Marketing Assistantis a professional who assists with ongoing marketing campaigns. This individual will work closely with the Marketing Team to help build brand awareness and increase sales.

Core Responsibilities:

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
• Employ marketing analytic techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.).
• Assist the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns.
• Responsible for direct mail and getting material out
• Apparel ordering, inventory tracking, and
• Maintain and coordinate inventory of branded collateral and promotional
• Manage company canvassing app data and coordinate mailings and emails from the data
• Coordinate community outreach initiatives and company
• Collect, manage, and upload data to
• Support the marketing department with content creation for social media, emails, and
• Assist with sales collateral
• Assist with photography
• Create PowerPoint Presentations as
• Perform other duties as

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 1-2 years of marketing experience.
• Creative/graphic design experience, preferred.
• 2+ years of Home Improvement Industry experience, a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
• Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
• Must be well organized with a customer-oriented approach.
• Strong knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
• Exquisite communication and people skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
