Who you are:
A highly detail-oriented, organized individual possessing strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and external stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
- Answer and manage incoming calls on the main Marketing phone line.
- Handle vendor deliveries, mail, and other interoffice supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Marketing suite and storage room.
- Manage office supply inventory including paper products and stationery.
- Save and process signed invoices in a timely manner.
- Manage basic print projects with vendors including business cards, stationery, in-center posters and reprints of materials.
- Manage direct mail projects and delivery of marketing materials.
- Organize and maintain digital files for department use and reference.
- Provide support for digital marketing initiatives including social media, reputation management, and website copy.
- Assist with internal communication projects.
- Triage and communicate referring practice requests to Provider Marketing Manager.
- Handle copying, laminating, and occasional in-house printing.
- Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Coordinate interoffice deliveries and requests
What you’ll bring:
- Associate’s degree in Marketing or associated field and two years’ relevant work experience preferably in administrative support, marketing or customer service. A comparable combination of education and experience will be considered. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Canva and video editing software is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on multiple projects.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
- Must be able to access, input and retrieve information from the computer and central file system on a constant basis throughout the day.
- Must be able to reach, bend and continuously move throughout the office as well as remain in a stationary position throughout the day.
- Must be able to handle up to 30 pounds for normal office operations.
